Yes, but it was hit before from a Roma player and hence advantage is given. If it was hit by a Fiorentina player the referee would have to give the ball back to Fiorentina.
@@henristema8020 there is a new rule since this season. everytime ball touches ref and changes direction he should stop play therefore he made a mistake here.

serie a is ridiculous... that is never a penalty. and what is even perhaps worse: the ball deflects from the ref, in that sequence so no penalty 100% as there should be a dead ball or whatever but no penalty.

Refereeing in Italy is a disaster, the second penalty shouldn't even have gotten to the point of the challenge since the ref touched the ball, in which case he should've stopped the play and dropped it for roma. Besides the number of penalties given in this league is off the charts

Roma has quite an underrated attacking frontline: Dzeko, Mkhi, Zaniolo, Kliuvert, Under, Pellegrini, and Kalinic(who frankly can do quite a job from the Bench) . Unfortunately the younger players like Zaniolo, Kliuvert, and Under are all linked with Moves away. Roma needs to be careful how they play their cards here.
