Wow! So spot on for me! Yes, I am on a spiritual learning journey and yes, I was recently in a state of fury because of stupid new policies at work that make all the workers more miserable and suffer for no good reason. Uncannily accurate! I did use the initial energy of that fury and outrage to channel it into decluttering and reorganizing my home so I can create a more peaceful and accessible space for expressing my creativity and finally finish incomplete projects. I'm going through a process of purging and healing past emotional wounds and trying to motivate myself to keep heading towards spiritual enlightenment. That's what I always forget, even as a teacher and healer...that I am also human and I forget that when I'm down in my human grounded self, there will be those challenges. I tend to put my focus on negative situations and forget that there are those that do support and are there for me, that I am there for myself. I've definitely come to terms with not being understood. I try to learn the other person as deeply as possible, and then use their language to help them understand me, and that's only when they want to. Sometimes, we can just see or feel that this person really doesn't care right now. And that's fine! Wow! So spot on for me! Yes, I am on a spiritual learning journey and yes, I was recently in a state of fury because of stupid new policies at work that make all the workers more miserable and suffer for no good reason. Uncannily accurate! I did use the initial energy of that fury and outrage to channel it into decluttering and reorganizing my home so I can create a more peaceful and accessible space for expressing my creativity and finally finish incomplete projects. I'm going through a process of purging and healing past emotional wounds and trying to motivate myself to keep heading towards spiritual enlightenment. That's what I always forget, even as a teacher and healer...that I am also human and I forget that when I'm down in my human grounded self, there will be those challenges. I tend to put my focus on negative situations and forget that there are those that do support and are there for me, that I am there for myself. Once I remember those that are positives in my life, that is the moment where the shift happens and personal power is restored. It can be tough and some energies are heavier than others but working through the feeling is learning to seperate yourself from the other.

I've definitely come to terms with not being understood. I try to learn the other person as deeply as possible, and then use their language to help them understand me, and that's only when they want to.
