Great insight to the creepy crawlers of Tenn. I personally don’t have an issue with it as they are everywhere. Some places a little worse than others but not a deal breaker for me in moving down there. I think it’s good to see the negatives though and was curious if you could do videos on places to avoid? You always hear the great towns to move to but never about the areas to avoid. It gives great insight and contrast. Just my two cents.

Higher government mandated minimum wages are not what you need. All that does it push up prices. You want want prices to come down, but that means dramatically downsizing government.

The government is too big and continues to grow.... only to benefit those at the top. Not us.

Life expectancy. Eat healthier, exercise more. My father is 98 so.... TN doesn't scare me.

How do you secure a decent paying salary 👀 in a nervous wreck my husband is a bucket truck operator and foreman he cuts tree, he use to be a climber now he primarily enjoys the bucket work, then plowing on the winter.. he makes $100k a year the cost of living isn’t that much less so how do people survive on the salaries 💔 this economy is a disaster
