Good point. That makes Ancelotti and Mourinho even worse manager because they are not performing with best players. Is this the way how football works?

The most they can do midseason is hire an interim manager. Raul is currently the Castilla manager, and they might let him give it a go. If he fails, they might consider Xabi Alonso, Klopp, or even Zidane, though the latter two are unlikely.
