My children really messed up my settings and then managed to save them and the presist through power cycle. Do you know if there is any factory reset option on this model?
Hi Jessica, yes you are able to control the volume between 2 layered tones. While holding down Function, press the highest F (each press decrease the volume for 2nd Tone) or F# (each press decrease the volume for 1st Tone)

Hi Jesnuel, you can turn off the operation tone by toggling between (Off/On) by holding Function and the highest Bb note.
