​@@_Fake1ill help he means before you open the game get the blueblur booter and put it in the thing that says ssf2.exe

For clearer context incase y'all STILL don't understand.
When you download the mod from the mod creators video. You need to download the booter with it.
Then put the booter in the same folder as SSF2 (Not the data folder)
Drag it over the SSF2 launcher and it'll fix the issue.
Someone also said you COULD just use sonic smash flash (A modpack) to play the mod. But I didn't test this theory so take what I said about sonic smash flash with a grain of salt.
