For each ship there was a specific reason behind it. Like for InoTan it was because Inosuke constantly trying to start rivalry stuff with Tanjiro yet getting "warm and fuzzy" after being complimented really fit how Hiro was like with Izumi at first (except a little less exaggerated ;v;). The one that fits the MOST though is probably either KiriBaku or Renga
I love them either way tho, they're my little sillies and im glad to be able to share them 🥺🫶
