Hi Anthony can’t wait to see you when you make it to California. I’m in So Cal (Inland Empire), and our weather has been cooler than our usual 100-115 degrees. Also, when seasoning over a cooking pot, it’s best to put the seasoning in your hand and then add it to the pot. This prevents the steam from the pot clumping your seasoning. It’s just like getting the seasoning wet.

I am on liquid, no food diet for the next few days. But here I am watching you, my friend, cooking like a chef. In one of your videos, you have a problem with the sliding shelf. Try small rubber door stoppers to slide in between the opening. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

I can understand your nerves of taking that long road trip alone, using the app to find places to stay that others vanlifer use will definitely help. Cathy said it all take your time. I remember I drove from San Diego to Philadelphia alone when I was in the military, back then there was no gps and no internet. I had a map and a darn highlighter and spreaded the map out on the hood of my car and drew a line from Cali to Pa. I went up in Texas towards Amarillo because it was quicker. It took me 4days because it was a fire on the highway in Amarillo and we were stuck for hours so when the road cleared we all followed some 18wheelers off the high through so woods and came out somewhere in a small town. I decided to get a hotel room for the night because my car was totally covered in ashes. So it could have been a 3day trip, but the hotel stay helped out alot.
Anthony, your seasonings hardened up like that because of the steam from the cooking food. Get a small container and put all the seasonings you're going to use in that container and use them that way instead of sprinkling it straight from the containers over your hot food. It will stop them from hardening up, and stop them from spoiling as well. I wish I was there to get a plate 😊 it looks delicious!!

Hello Anthony almost 3 months been in my car saving money for a van or SUV to turn into my tiny home yea it was hot out here today in NY to 90 but felt 96 suppose to be hot the next couple of days 94 ouch I hate the heat can't wait till winter love below zero weather I do videos to on my channel but of course will do more when I get my new vehicle & build it out I'm watching all channels to get ideas thanks for your videos I want some food lol

7:24 Seasonings harden because you are pouring them on your chicken/meat while it is cooking and letting steam into your bottles and you close them instantly with the steam trapped in. Do one of 2 things. Throw the seasonings in your palm and then into your pan or Season as you normally do but do not close the top as soon asbyou are done with it as if you do the steam gets trapped in there and your seasonings traps the water. I also shake my spices ablittle before closing them to let most of the steam escape I hope this helps.

I love chicken thighs too…. I just cook them in taco seasoning and chop up some veggies , mushrooms and put them on a sofa taco wrap with cheese and sour cream…yummy!!!! There’s lots of ways tha I cook them😊
