MythicGirl2210 it actually isn’t as unflavored as you would think since they used a breast the fat flavor of the chicken was forced out due to boiling it so the soup is a flavored chicken water and also they are supposedly drunk so I don’t think they really care how good it tastes
Who in their right mind goes drinking and is stable enough to make any one of these dishes afterwards? They look tasty, but don't call them after drink snacks.
They also added sesame oil, which is a potent flavor on its own. Besides, it's a light and clear soup, supposedly for after drinking. You wouldn't want to put something heavy on your stomach after drinking.
Its shio broth, very old and common. It's for a lighter flavor. The aroma from the sesame oil and the flavor of salt actually makes it quite pleasant to eat. It's like a lazier version of shio chanko udon lol
Heven demo but shio base isn't just salt and water its clear dashi or chicken broth this was just water salt and sesame oil i doubt it taste good at all
Shirorin Shirorin it's pretty refreshing in warmer seasons tbh. It's why the chicken was boiled in the water first. The broth tastes nutty. And the green onion gives a bit of flavor to it as well. The foam was skimmed off so it wont taste bitter from the chicken. You add salt depending on your taste, and are free to use soy sauce. Shio broth was used in China and brought over and is a classic and clear broth. The flavor is brought by the aromas much like how oolong tea is like.
As far as I know, no one in China would put a single piece of chicken breast in boiling water for just several minutes and call that a “broth”. People would simmer a whole chicken for several hours to make the soup flavorful. The video makes me so confused since they use a chicken breast. That piece of chicken might be the most flavorless part.
Please drink and cook responsibly.
It’s best to cook BEFORE drinking.
No.
めちゃめちゃ美味しそう…🥺
サーモン茶漬け食べてみたい☺️
ささみ塩うどんめっちゃ美味しそう!

I can't IMAGINE how flavorless that udon is... 😱

Also I am not trying to be rude I just wanted to inform you on some things 😊😊
美味しいから😡
Madyson Roberts I still think it wouldve tasted pretty bland considering the chicken to water ratio. Especially since there was no salt to season
Fany Hu oh it definitely wouldn’t be super flavorful but like I said before this is for people who are drunk so I don’t think they really care 😂😂😂
Who in their right mind goes drinking and is stable enough to make any one of these dishes afterwards?
They look tasty, but don't call them after drink snacks.
You make them then drink 🤣🤣😂😂 lot of people get munchies after drinking.
อยากกินแซลมอน😋
The miso onigiri looked bomb
Ok you guys wondering how flavorless that udon is but they took a soup from chicken. It would be very tasty for us(Japanese)
ss17woozi but it’s skin&bone-less chicken breast, it doesn’t have any flavour. Chicken thighs with skin and bones would be better at least
Look at the water chicken ratio.... I doubt there is any chickeny flavor in that soup
They also added sesame oil, which is a potent flavor on its own. Besides, it's a light and clear soup, supposedly for after drinking. You wouldn't want to put something heavy on your stomach after drinking.
Nice
Watching cant wait to go to japanese resto😍

Salmon and Congee (Rice in Soup). 😋
Lily Vuong i think of the rice and soup is not congee at all the time...
its Ochazuke, just rice poured with tea
that udon was plain terrible!!! just salt and water? for real? this is something a westerner would create

I'm confused, so is this drunk food or hangover food?
Hangover food most likely
Actually it is after-drink food. In Japan, some people still get hungry a little bit, and these dishes are popular among them.
Please make tasty Korean channel 💖💖💖
