These days salary in India is also too good. I worked in AUH for 4 years as project engineer and moved back to India as I also got same salary in India. In UAE along with skill set you need connections as it's quite easy to get job through reference. The market is very competitive people are so crazy that they can work at any low salary to penetrate in market. Likewise I found indian market is good place atleast people are placed based upon there knowledge.

You need to get any employment or business in uae to get residents visa. Post that you can sponsor your parents

U get 60.days to enter country once u get visa, once u enter you can stay for 90 days
