LED light resistors fix this problem. Most of the time the car's computer thinks that the bulb is fried because of the low wattage it consumes, so it tries to shut the power to the light causing it to flicker. You need to buy an LED light resistor for every LED light you install. This is just part of the territory of owning LEDs
I'm having the exact same problem with HALOGEN BULB. I changed the bulbs. Now it lights up sometimes, and sometimes both goes dark. Just crazy and cops are giving $100 ticket on this damn!

Ive bought led bulbs for the interior lighting and all and none of those have a problem but my license plate light flickers all the time

You need to do one of two things. A: put regular bulbs back in or B: you need resistors before the led wired in

the car doesent read this lights even is brand new you have to get some other lights
