I managed to potty train my green cheek conure, so she'd fly from my shoulder onto a specific perch when she had to go! Of course, if she was too far from the perch, she wouldn't, but it was soooo so helpful. NEVER underestimate the intelligence of your bird!!
Great video! There's only one SUPER vital thing I feel like is missing - diet!!! Parrot diets are difficult. Seed diets, and even some cheaper/low quality pellet diets just won't cut it. Poor diet leads to TONS of behavioral issues (basically worsens all the inevitable realities this video talked about), long-term physical health issues, and even premature death. It also makes it much harder to bond with your bird through training. And supplying a proper diet is expensive!!! There's also soooo much misinformation out there, diet is specific to species, etc etc. It's easy to mess up, and it has huge consequences :( I love our feathered friends!

My staircase its white ( bunkbed ) has poop and i have to clean it every day although that little bunkbed area has kind of like a perch area and so it helps him grip onto it and what he does when hes on there is that he talks.🙊 luv my bird but he's alot of WORK. Good bird tips. We have a sun conure and 2 parakeets. Conure doesn’t like parakeets😔 bought a cat patio screen room and made a bird aviary for them. Works great! Less cleaning. Birds can fly and my sun conure is glad she has all our attention outside aviary. We have bird stands in each room and sun conure is with us most of the day. We cover them with a table cloth at night. Once uncovered they are loud and expect our attention. Your birds are so pretty… can tell they are loved🥰
Peach is really so similar to Mango cuz she also loves to scream just because. And they both love to scream so loud and dance in evening when children plays outside 😂 Mine just love to dance sooo soooo much like they wake up dancing, they will dance every moment they see anyone especially me, and at last but not least they dance just before their bed time 😂 sometime i think is it normal to dance this much but i guess it's alright 😅 The video is so real and now i know that somethings can't be change and are better just the way they are 🩷☺️ and i also like that my birds are clingy they wants to be with me all the time and it's same for me too 🤭
@@mimisbirdhouse jealous, YES!!! i can't talk on the phone w/o my quaker coming in and nipping me on my ears. he wants ALL of my attention. i have to close the birdroom door to use the phone. he may be 22 yr old but still like a kid sometimes.

I bought me a metal case and put my phone on its face. Bahaaa, they have the hardest. My baby bird follows suit what the older does. 🙄 double trouble
