I’ve had dreams where I can control what happens and I’m thinking to myself that I’m dreaming but never really able to fly. They are usually realistic dreams.
Yea, once I knew I was in a dream and I was fighting somebody when I realized but then once I realized my punches were super slow and I could control what was happening

Serious question . do you practice witchcraft? Or do you work with mermaid spirits ? I ask because a while ago after listening to a video kf yours i went to sleep and was like almost astral projecting in another dimension . i was in like a huge space of water and a mermaid was a couple feet ahead of me . so your either a witch , a mermaid , or you work with mermaid spirits .? I am aware of the existence of the city under the sea and all that is involved in it . would love a response .

I remember learning a specific technique on how to lucid dream 1st time round without fail in college, the Psychology professor taught us, it involved a closing a door & having a dim light on behind it & look at it in absolute darkness for a few minutes, & then close your eyes & go to sleep, The idea was that it would act as a doorway for your conscious mind to be able to enter the dream realm, it worked for me & I was able to "Vanquish" a creature in a recurring nightmare I've had since I was 4, but I don't remember 1 VITAL Step in the technique for it to work, IF ANYONE Can tell me what it was, I WOULD BE ETERNALLY Grateful.

Um.. why my lucid only lasted in short periods of time?
When I realized I was in lucid state, I tried to fly and create shape. But it only lasted a minute (I guess), suddenly blank, then I woke up
