I adore this theory. Especially as it might tie into the mirror we see in the trailer for LN3. The perfect lady could be assigning roles and identities to visitors of the nowhere via the clothes she gives them. Thus setting the course for the monsters we're already familiar with.
Absolutely loved this as well as your other theories, they have all influenced my view and theories of little nightmares! This one was especially interesting, and I love your unique takes. I've thought before the yellow raincoat could be some sort of highlighter, but never thought more into it. My personal theory for Noone, six, and the lady humming the same or similar tunes is that Six was patient six at the institute Otto works that, and Otto owns the music box. I also believe Cici could possibly be the Lady so she would have been familiar with the tune too, but after a lot of time in nowhere, memory could have tweaked it a little. And of course Noone would have heard it as well.

Just my assumptions tho. Maybe 'The Perfect Lady' was the Avatar of the Signal Tower itself, as so far it's the most seemingly biggerfish Antagonist in the game Franchise so far, althought she currently localized her 'tower form' in the pale city, with Mono (whom she kept captive by using Six's betrayal against him) as her tower form main 'conduit' by using his power to send her hypnotyzing signals to kept pale city nightmarish state at bay so she could focus on her other duty as Nowhere watcher and eldritch manager, couple with the one eye symbols were the presentation of 'her' role as Nowhere's watcher and maybe her true form was the eldritch dimension Noone Saw in the last episode of TSON, which was filled with 'eyes moon and stars' on it's sky, and maybe Ferryman is her main lieutenant, whom she given task to manipulate the children to come into Nowhere's realm to be her fellow abominations preys and playthings as somehow the children sufferings gave Nowhere perpetual energy to keep existing, and somehow it's felt a bit suitable with her the one that pull the strings from behind. But again, it's just my assumptions.
Noone is six and Otto is Thin man, that’s why when six actually sees Mono’s face she releases him to his never ending cycle. Otto dig too dip thats why he ended up divided into his glitch (thin man) and his soul (Mono) and he has to pay for what he did to all the children he experimented on.

I mean, I personally do think Cece is supposed to be Six based on the usage of Six's theme in the moment when Otto shows some recognition over a yellow raincoat. That said, to hark forward to your next point, I also don't like the idea of connecting everything in the universe to Six. And in fact, I'm not convinced the other child in Very Little Nightmares IS Six. There's not even any justifiable reasoning behind the idea, either. It's pure speculation. And to add to the fact there's no in game evidence, there's also no direct confirmation that the character is Six, unlike with Little Nightmares 2, where there was direct confirmation.
Though not confirmed, I wouldn't say it's just pure speculation, as the LN2 character concept sheet makes a decent case for it. All of the children pictured are featured in the Digital Comics: Mono, lollipop boy, pigtails girl, ghost boy, and knapsack boy (in that order). The sixth child is a girl in white, remarkably similar to the girl from VLN, and there's only one child in the comics left unaccounted for - Six. She wears a brown jacket in episode 1, but that could easily be covering up a different outfit, and the hair is a pretty close match too. Of course, this is only concept art and not necessarily canon, but it feels specific enough and deliberate enough for me personally to believe that the other girl in VLN is Six.

Heya! Me again! You make some very interesting points, and i see you took consideration into thinking that Cici may be Raincoat girl from VLN like i mentioned in my last comment. Thank you for that! But there's still something that's not touched upon, and that is your previous confirmation from the devs that everything has it's place for a reason from the last video i commented on. For everything to be meticulously placed would pretty much just negate the very thought that everything that happens in nowhere happened for a reason. I do however get the other end of the spectrum your trying to come from where you say that roles are given BUT think of it as this(yes I'm cross-referencing a different theory youtuber here but pls bear with me) a child that crosses over has no place within, and is said to, in a way, adapt to the setting, thus giving them powers willingly, forcfully, or placing them in a situation where they forcibly take it from another, hence the hunger for six, to survive, whereas the adults who cross over seemingly resume their roles from the outside world (as i will dub it). Meaning, the Teacher from Ln2 and Doctor respectively would've had to have been a teacher and doctor previously who had committed a great deal of crime to be taken themselves by the nowhere as the ferryman says. In that case, your puppetmaster theory bears no fruit. Now i DO believe that there is a higher up that is probably at the same level as the ferryman, and i do suspect that it is not the perfect lady, but the miasmic smoke we see at the beginning of each game before we wake as the protagonist(s). I say this because doing a little messing around with image brightening, if you look behind Low and Alone on the teaser image of Ln3, in the funnel of black there seems to be a hidden entity with ram horns on their head with some sort of headress(like a scorcerer or whatnot) maybe it's just me though. It also has a very skeletal like appearance! I believe this is the entity that keeps them trapped, whereas ferryman is tasked with bringing kids to their twisted neverlands, if not brainwashing the ferryman himself that he's a godlike being that's sheparding the children to a haven. While im still cross referencing, and according to color representation theory, yellow is generally the sign for warning or danger, which is what six in a sense is, and the world itself. I agree with you that the blinking of the screen could be one of the eyes, and that is why there appears to be a more outwardly view whithin each game however, it's not related to the perfect lady at all, as each realm is run by it's own set of perils as you mentioned before in the first video i commented on. So therefore it would be backtracking on a credible theory with something that couldn't possibly work. Forwarding that, someone made a comment about otto being mono who turns into thin man, but if we were to go back on those theories of the adults there retaining their og positions that would not be plausible. That, and it's confirmed that Mono had a bit of a thing for six, and that six had a notably cruel and sadistic side and throughout Ln2 i found that most of her tendacies link to a sociopathic behavior. Noone does not show these qualities, BUT what is a sociopath KNOWN for? Fooling people into their way of thinking because they have no sense of innocence, remorse, etc, only what they can copy from seeing (correct me please if im wrong). That could also be the reason why noone becomes so cruel to otto as time went on, using otto's sister as a ploy to get him riled. Nightmares could be only the SECOND of Noones problems and why she was sent to the asylum, as sociopaths are hard to spot in the normal or rather "normal" world. But im getting ahead, for mono to be otto, his younger self would be looking for a way to his sister, AND be a therapist like monster, however, mono seems to just be looking for a way to undo the terrors his evil half has done so he can move on from his radioshow host monster past present and future. But onto Noone being Six, i thought that as much as well, but it makes it hard to point out if, again, Noone and Six share the same sociopathic disorder.
