@GuihermeW Its depend on what armor u wear.If u have full Bone armor u have the skill Hunger Halved or full Chepalos armor have skill Anti Heat.If u have a skill u use directly,till u use the armor.

First of all need to have a SKULL. Try to search in Forest&Hills area 5, in the cave.

Just a normal skull witch ypu will find randomly, besides bones, huskebones.
