The Arbor was one of my favourite films from recent years. Very much looking forward to seeing this.
Great film. Rarely has one needed subtitles for a non-British audience more, or had as much palatable (natural) use of swearing. I agree in part with Keefu about the last 10 mins, but it did express the lad's mental state pretty well. And the shot of the horses eye somehow enhances that and makes a terrific last image,.(I thought)
They're English what do you even mean British anything that can apply to Britain can apply to anywhere in northern Europe. there is nothing special about the island of Britain as a land mass bloating floating in the Celtic sea germano Celtic culture is the same for like 2000 square miles. that wean could be polish finish galician Austrian what makes you British because you're told to think that way by the Descendants of a bunch of c****.. There's nothing objective he speaks ok so does everybody he only speaks English well that's something you should be embarrassed about as a country the rest of us speak at least to.
İt was afternon children went to play in the Gigant's garden.İt is a beautiful.😊
I saw this at the weekend. Remarkable film, just as Mark describes it, grindingly real yet with moments of mystical beauty. My only criticism was the last 10 minutes, which stretched credulity for the sake of pathos.
A heartbreaking movie. Bring tissues etc ...
naughty naughty, sweary sweary.
