And anyone who disagrees clearly didn't watch the video. Once age, attrition, and injuries caught up to him, only then was it harder for him to consistently lock down smaller quicker guards. But that's normal and it happened to Jordan as well.
It takes a lot of practice to do a wrap around steal. The positioning has to be precise. You also need a great deal of stamina and strength in your legs to stay low enough to make the move.

Only thing that you need to be very good Dfender is anticipation. I'm about 5'10, back in college playing guard- center. I was able to block 6'7 players not by luck but anticipating their moves.
