Regarding the second part, I hold a different opinion. Although there is no doubt about the necessity of providing reservations, they should be allocated to the poor, economically backward, and those who are suffering. However, it is disheartening to see underprivileged candidates competing within the reservation category with those who are privileged. For instance, children of IAS/IPS officers also receive reservations. This disparity should be eliminated to ensure a fair chance for the poor. Reservations should be caste-based, with the economic condition of the parents also taken into consideration.

In the current situation main problem is medical expense. my mother in law already age bar cross 75. no medical / general insurance. last 1 year i spend 35 lakh for mother in law and my son. i have 10L medical in my hand. apart from i spend 35 L. mother-in-law admitted 5 times in hospital each time 3L to 5L happen.
nearly 10 years before not much easier in share market investment like Today. i am 30% tax payer. i paid nearly 50L tax last 10 years. i saved 50L for buy home hot chennai. lost 35L last one year but share market investment help last one year for save more little. where i show 35L in my income tax.
Government need to control medical expense. every home nearly 60 age people currently spend 2000 to 10000 for medical expense. 10 years ICU charge is 7000 per day. now it is touch 40000 per day. but insurance slab are same for past 10 years. if you have medical insurance the charges more. but tax rates not increase. It is like correction. i affected very bad for medical expenses. Finally i go to Government hos[ital with mother-in-law. But Government hospital not take care. i did not blame. everyday 100 of patent come. they did not handle this crowd with min doctors. Hospital is not neat. they did not change bed sheet. i stay 10 days in hospital i am also affected virus fever admitted in private hospital finally. i am sometime fell, we paid tax a lot but improvement is not much in basic needs. When will every this change i did not know. I pray one day it will change. i very sad this say. people and government both mindset and behaviours need to change.

Bro wen i finished 12th, neet illa apo. My cutoff was 198.25. my father was very happy hoping i will get a medical seat in nearby city, mdu/Trichy. But counselling nadaka, all major and big colleges got filled. Only newly started colleges and pvt seats were available. My dad was in tears. Ne nalla dana da effort pota, nalla college la seat kidaikatha, ithu enna da counselling nu sogama ketaru. At the same time one of my friend belongs to ** category. His father and mother were doctors. He was also sad at the counselling place. I tried consoling him. His cut off was 198. Apo avan sonnan, "illa macha, ivlo kasta patu padichu MMC kidaikalaye, enaku munadi iruntha ellarum MMC eduthutanga, Stanley dan kidachirku nu, 1 seat la miss aiduchu nu. At that time MMC,next Stanley, aprom dan ella colleges um. I was shocked and that moment made me realise the caste system in our country. Through quota he did speciality & doing super speciality now. Nan NEET PG prepare panitu, PHC la vela pauren. How is this fair?

from the 2nd segment i see you need to understand more. It is not 100 years back. the decimations is still happening.no one is bothered about the land other things. Lower community friends are still struggling to get it recognized in the society.
Regarding Income Tax People who earn 15 Lakhs are not rich. I don't earn that much and use new regime but let me share my view. Consider a bank employee who has CTC 15l and only bread winner in family. He has two aged parents, wife and kid depending his salary if govt takes 30% from him. Is it fair? Is he rich? If normal blue colour worker earns 5-6l and his parents work, wife work all earn less than income tax bracket they pay zero tax. They are also not rich but family earns more. The proof is there in govt housing board where many people from same family earns through different jobs. Their CTC may be low but collectively earns more than previous family. Their life is stagnant because poor money management. Govt cannot fine a hard working person because he earns more through a job which is ethically not correct after the 30% tax he also has to pay, gst, cess, vat, road tax extra. How much he can bear? So please change your view on income tax. After all these taxes if he invest, takes risk and get profit govt also taxes 20% in stcg and 12.5% in ltcg. Govt didnt encourage common man to save by removing all deduction in new regime but still wants to tax their profits.

Andhra has no state capital even after 10 years. They are asking for special status for that purpose only. I admire you a lot in knowledge about stock market. But in politics, please research well before saying something. It is true that direct taxes may be stripped off completely & focus on GST compliance by everyone. Many of us, the BJP supporters, are unhappy with the budget only in the aspect of taxation & not because more funds allocated to AP & Bihar.

So are the guys who’s already working in government job using reservation , do they say oky I got government job I’ll be settled, here after so I don’t want my children to use reservation? No they still using reservation even if the parents or families are well settled . I took this from the example you posted based on akshat story.

Reservation should NOT be based on caste. It will not work in that way anymore. Economically struggling people are in all the castes. Reservation system is already exploited. It should be based on the family income to benefit the deserved.

This narrative that UC didnt let others study has been debunked 100 times in debates. Macaulay english syllabus came in 19th century. Indian constitution came in 20th century. Just 100 yrs difference between the 2 periods. reservation is implemented for past 80 yrs. You may say UCs had access to Sanskrit texts & knowledge but the only purpose of it was for doing Hindu rituals and they were banned from owing Properties. Trading communities had know how knowledge to Gold smith making, trade routes, agricultural techniques, jewel making skill etc. They also solely benefitted from such wealth. Why not enforce reservation against them? You cannot because they have money and muscle power to protest and create L&O problems. There are several UC males who are thin as a pencil kodu.

My father worked as a part-time farmer and laborer, and yet, I'm classified under the general category solely based on caste. I faced many struggles during my childhood. Meanwhile, there are people I know who are well-off financially, like doctors and engineers, but their kids still benefit from the reservation system. How is that fair? From what I understand, the reservation isn't reaching the right people-about 60-80% of the time, at least. After seeing my struggles and understanding the current system, how can anyone support it? I believe the government should redefine reservations to focus on poverty rather than caste. That's my opinion. What do you think?

Seen Your "Hate on reservation" in that video Mostly everything is acceptable. But some mistakes in end of the video.
You said about OBC creamy layer and added SC/ST also in that. Still now no Creamy layer system in SC and ST reservation. OBC reservation is only follows both Socially and Economically Backward Condition.SC and ST reservation is based on Socially Backward only not on Economically Backward.
In simple words,
For OBC category both caste and Income is taken for Eligibility
For SC/ST category Caste only taken for eligibility and not the income.....

Let's see 2 set of family
Father govt doctor, mother govt school teacher both earn very well, they own big house and properties. They belong to SC community. Their children score low marks, still they can use reservation quota to clear exams.
On the other hand, a child without father, mother do some unskilled work. The child go to govt school atleast to have meal for the day. No proper house. But born in OBC or FC category or even a poor SC.
Now who really needs reservation. But how actually reservation is distributed. Creamy later rules must be applicable even for SC/ST quota. But no political party speak about this. Richer SC people are actually stealing the opportunity of a poor SC people.

We need to give reservation for deserved candidate, but in reality is not. How many today getting reservations benefits who are children or grandchildren of so called well educated or professional. Example: my friend father is a doctor and mother is Railway employee and her brother is in govt job. All using reservation. Still She want and got her PG course with quote. So, my take is we are providing benefits for 70 years, so please remove who already benefited. So, the reservation goes to actual candidate, btw still i am not going to get any benefits, my sacrifice is meaningful.
