Does the table saw scale stay accurate when swapping? If not is there enough adjustment in the scale adjusters to realign it?
If you're running a full kerf blade, you should be right at the edge of the adjustment. If you're running a thin kerf blade, you'll need to take the reticle off and open up the slots about 1/16" with a round file.
Why not make one long t nut? Instead of having to line up small ones
That would assume the fence tube weldment is held to a tight tolerance. In an admittedly small sample size, it doesn't seem to be.
