- A jump up (ish) kind of Drum and Bass tune made on the EP-133 KO II by Teenage Engineering
I finally turned a corner on this device. I was getting kind of frustrated with it and considered selling it until I figured out a couple of tricks to make the workflow of this sampler start to click. The result was this track which, unlike some of the other things I've made on it, feels more complete like a whole composition rather than just a loopy beat.
It's still not perfect and will likely always lack some features that more expensive samplers possess but it's getting there. At Teenage Engineering, if you're watching this, please give us a song mode, resampling and a way to record the effects with the incoming audio. This would open it up a lot.

Thanks so much. My advice (not that you asked for it) is be patient with it. I started and scrapped a bunch of projects on this sampler before settling on this track. I almost gave up on it and sold it.

I generally have a DIY approach to Drum & Bass but there are tons of sample packs available on the web.
