I want to like this add on, but not having automation with hoppers, or even pipes that take/deposit items into chests, I doubt I would shell out the coins for this.

Appreciate the walkthrough for us early players! I was binging last night I gather all the necessary resources but was having trouble setting up the machines to actually work. Helped a lot!
The water bucket is an easy fix, just needs to give a bucket back when crafting dough

For anyone who is still can't remove the items from their containers, both of your hands must be empty. Basically you can't have a shield or anything in your off hand.

Poor ratings are from children, probably. This a grown folks kind of mod.
Not really, compared to many of tech mods I have played with, this one is unintuitive. Cable placement to terrible, cant link up multiple power/machines. It is very rudimentary and honestly currently not worth the price.

@@Definitely_Youfrom what I understand.. Minecraft isn’t the one who puts the price tag on the ad-ons. The ad-on creator is the one who puts the price on them, as there are Modpack creators who make ad-ons on Bedrock as a side hustle. I’m all for creators pricing their ad-ons for what they worked hard on.

i am also curious, though I don't think there's shaders quite yet in the marketplace that I know of so console players may not be able to do that yet..
@@IrisThatOneGothMf yeah but he discovered a way to add third party shaders, for console.... Well we are still in pain but hey i hope they add it on one day.

@@IrisThatOneGothMf switch don't support shaders yet or they are gonna explode lol, he made a video time ago to how use shaders in badrock, and also how to use it on consol (with and without realm) btw with console i mean xbox and ps
@@__TOD__ i do not believe that Nintendo switch would "explode" exactly. look up big eddy spaghetti working shaders on Nintendo switch in RUclips, it's outdated and they removed the ability to do that apparently, but it shows that it worked once, even though they removed the ability to later, but since they might bring actual shader support soon, i do think it's possible they could give to Nintendo switch. the fact that it worked at one time, i think proves that Nintendo switch Can handle it, perhaps it may need more work for Nintendo switch, since it may not be all that "powerful" of a device, but the fact it worked there is what makes me believe it's possible.
can you help me. ive made and used the sieve with gravel and sand and they only give "gravel loot" and "sand loot" ive tried right clicking on them, dropping them, putting them into the crafting but nothing seams to be working
Same here. Only way we have managed to collect items is by breaking the sieve and replacing it down after
Tries using the add on yet the mill smelter werent working. Tried followed your video and they still weren't working. Idk about this mod. Also had issues with cables breaking after 6 links but even then it seemed random as if it would snap or stay.
I have to imagine that the mod developers wanted to do more but they weren’t aloud to.

I think it was a bit rushed so they weren't able to add more things into it.
Yeah I think that's the case, maybe we'll see some updates to this addon over time.

As a heavy game modder, this just looks like an unfinished copy of the FREE Factory Machinery Addon on MCPEDL
The dough recipe isn't even necessary. Techno add-ons are expected to help people do things faster, but this is just making vanilla recipes more complicated. Most of these machines are very easy to code (the only hard part to code is the electric and cable system). Also it isn't that hard to make the shadow of the sieve smaller so that it looks like an actual block rather than an entity.

tbh factory machinery is the best one rn, the only problem is that every bedrock microupdate breaks the addon, but that is the fault of mojang in the end
This mod was great! Idk why I saw the rating so low but I knew what the mod was about
ill buy it when it becomes compatable with hoppers. is there anyway to know when that happons without buying it first?
When a mod author/add-on creator updates or patches something, they’ll usually put it in the changelog under the reviews tab :)

i hope Mojang make a big addon update in 1.21 and they add things that there were in horizon kernel, block launcher etc we was able to make mods using java and c++ we had no limitations too

Pretty neat for bedrock edition, although I prefer regular mods such as makanism on Java and believe that 1k mine coins is a bit steep
I expected more from this add on. Hopefully it gets expanded upon and they bring hopper functionality. I expected to automate all of these processes
It would be nice if you could actually use the machines on console. Bought it for the smelter and you can't even interact with it when its hooked up properly

You're not using it right... The machines do work on console. I've had zero issues on Xbox
Yeah, im having the same issue. I'm on Playstation, If I put something in, I have to break the machine to get the ingots and stuff out

@jeanshortswag I am using it right. I'm on playstation which does have issues with this addon. Glad it's working for you though
I'm on bedrock and my sieve just drops a bucket full of loot called sand_loot and gravel_loot how do I get it to drop the actual ores and gems?

I got the add on pack and can't even retrieve anything from the smelter, everytime I press the left trigger nothing happens, when I press the right trigger a red outline goes around the smelter, where do you tap to retrieve the items?
After a few days playing this, in the manual. It doesn't tell you that you have to keep both hands empty to collect the items from them.
The reason I never got this is because there's no info on WHAT IT GIVES YOU as an end result. Yes, I know how technical minecraft usually goes with generating power but there's usually an endgame. A jetpack, ore doubling, block fabrication, additional tools, something that USES the power you're generating.
this add-on doesn't tell me what I'd be getting in exchange for the worlk of setting up the infrastructure

I made a smelter and started smelting raw iron but how do I get it out? I tried punching it once, and I've tried to "use" it but neither of the buttons seem to work. How do you collect the materials? Or am I just experiencing a bug that makes it unusable
Have you tried it with your empty Hand?
@christiangrahl3220 tried that first. It's probably because I'm on a realm with all the other add-ons besides mutants so that's probably a factor. I can break the block to gather the resources from it I found

Ecko, Just so you know add ons doesn't disable achievements if you do it through realms feels a little like its a glitch more than a feature :) x thought you might want to let people know

I got the mod on my phone, I wish there was an easier way to understand how to use it
This feels like a dollar store technical pack. Due to the level of technical mods that already exist on Java, I just couldn't in good consciousness get this when I could just hold out for a better Add On in the future. Besides, it doesn't give me anything I don't already have an abundance of (With sand being renewable in this, I just suggest the Elemental Crops add-on instead.) and what is worse, there isn't any hopper functionality. That alone would be a big reason to use any technical mod, is to have convenience in storage and in production.
How can you collect materials without breaking your system?
Not sure if it's just the switch, but I can't take anything out of the machines. I have to break them to get the things it makes

Make sure to have both hands empty. Your main hand and off hand! So don’t have a map or anything!

Throw/drop that on the floor and see what happens - worked with the gravel loot for me, both with single items and full stacks

I'm scared of installing these modpacks because I think it's going to ruin my world when there's an update. Is there official information on how these things handle updates? What happens if I turn off the mod mid game and continue the world without it?
Just make a back up before you try, I’ve installed and reviewed 20+ of them so far with no major issues but always back up the worlds regardless
I feel like if these people keep updating this add-on, it will eventually be a state to call it the bedrock version of Create.

Definitely some bugs so far but I can appreciate what the developers are going for. Some of the crafting recipes aren’t unlocked you kinda just have to know how to make them 😅
People that have played create mod probably have an easier time on this
This Add-on seems to have been produced in somewhat of a rushed state. Like maybe the creator needed more time. At least, I hope that was the case. Otherwise, it's just poorly thought out and poorly implemented. There are a lot of missing mechanics that should be there that other add-ons have, such as the recipes being included for everything available. And it seems quite glitchy. It definitely needs a lot more work, and hopefully, it will get that and be able to recover from its poor rating. I would like to be very hopeful for this kind of add-on because it feels like a good introduction for mods like Create.

The idea of this add on is good but as you point out this is clearly an unfinished product and wasn’t well thought out with no option to put full stacks in or have the ability to use hopers. The potential is there but a 1 star is justified at this point.
NEVER release a product before it’s fully usable or risk negative ratings…
So all that work to make bread? Waste iron and a whole bucket and time to make bread? When you can craft it with 3 wheat already?

I play pretty advanced games, the mod just doesnt work very well and its not intuitive at all. it feels like a resource pack rather than a mod

Shame this add on seems really unfinished. Obviously drawing much inspiration from famous tech mods from Java. But they’re some of my favourite. I hope the addition of add-one propel the modding opportunities of bedrock Minecraft so we can finally have mods on console and mobile!

I love to make machines but damn this mod isn’t great …Between the fact we can’t take the product of these machines or the sole fact to make one (1) bread you need to sacrifice coal ,a bucket of water and well ,all the materials needed to do the mill and co …I would have known I would simply make a bigger farm cuz in either way you still gotta take time to replant

This mod seems really lacklustre. The lack of item pipes essentially ruins the idea of automation because you have to do everything manually.
