I would like to see a late-game noctola deck please. Right now I'm using her with skeleton archers & skeleton dragons for sort of a checkmate strategy. I would like to see how it gets later on

Depending on your strategy yes. Using double priest is really good in the tower

is it better to focus on rares and epics since its easier to max out their skills or do you instantly insert legendaries as you pull them?

Early out focus on key rares for you. Then as you gain more resources like tomes and and things then you go further
