I’ve been dealing with it for years was diagnosed with Menieres/vertigo I have more good days than bad but they sure suck. Just my opinion pray about it doctors say there is no cure but I believe and declare healing over my body and yours and anyone who is going trough it God is good 😊 Blessings praying for complete healing 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 trust God and his plan.

vertigo is a pretty easy thing to self-diagnose so it's 100% okay that you read up on it & feel like thats what you have! it's usually a symptom of something else happening, there's many triggers for it like for example, i get vertigo when i feel a migraine coming. also whenever im sick & having sinus issues. since you mentioned the fluid build up in your ear, thats actually the main reason vertigo happens too. inner ear problems can affect your sense of balance & cause that motion sickness feeling, like everything around you is spinning.

Virtigo is the absolute worst feeling girl 😔 look up excersises for vertigo! There are maneuvers that help with the inner ear balance ❤ that, in combination with medicine and sleeping at an angle (like elevated, not flat) will hopefully help with some vertigo relief 💖

I mostly feel that way when I’m experiencing long term stress. Try to get yourself to relax as much as possible, that’s what I’m doing and need to continue doing or else it just comes back 😮💨. Wow, I am so sorry you had people telling you that crap when you were younger and making you feel bad about yourself. That's really traumatizing. You are more than good enough. You have an amazing personality and sense of humor. And you're so beautiful. I hope that doesn't creep you out. I understand what it's like. I went through similar things with some of my family and just people in general. When I was a teenager/in my twenties I was so pretty and had a killer body but I had such low self esteem and thought I was ugly. That's why when I see girls younger than me I tell them they're pretty, etc. Because we never know what they are dealing with or how they feel about themselves.
