I'm worried my onion sets won't produce a great harvest! Adding in 2 types of onion starts as well

I'm worried that my onion sets originally planted in the raised beds won't produce the type of harvest I am hoping for. I thought trying some more onion starts couldn't hurt. I ordered these two storage onion varieties (Sweet Yellow and Highlander) from Dixondale Farms. And I got so. many. onions! Ended up sharing some with neighbors in the hopes they can put them to good use this season. I'm interested to see how these live onion plants compare to the onion sets we planted a few weeks prior. My ultimate goal is to 1) save money at the grocery store and 2) feed my family food sourced locally and with their overall health in mind. Growing onions for storage this year will definitely check those two boxes. If only I had more space in the garden, I would grow soooo many more!
