Why are humans so monstrous when it comes to taking care of pets? They are not stuffed animals that you can discard when you get tired of them! Why can't you understanding that it is a lifelong commitment and you need to be responsible and accountable for your actions - or inactions with the neglect that this sweet pup endured. So glad she was rescued and are now in loving arms.
