what are the decent areas to buy in Torrevieja , when we was there for a holiday it was rife with graffiti, whats the quiet parts for a couple of old codgers to but a holiday home, cheers
Depends what you are after house or apartment..best to walk the city area if it’s a apartment,up by the police station/bus station end not to bad

She would. One under the 90 day rule ..but best to contact a Spanish 🇪🇸 solicitor to do your residency because things are revolving all the time they will know all the upto date information..loop holes
can you clarify please, with the digital nomad visa you start by saying you have to have a business outside the UK but then you end the section saying its ok if you have a business in England, cheers
What I meant if you are not a resident you want to stay or live in Spain you must must have business outside Spain 🇪🇸 or work for a company or self employed!! you have to have money paid into your Spanish bank account ,cannot work in Spain

Do RUclips influencers with a reasonable size channel class as Digital Nomads as many of them earn more than 2.5K per month and they are paid from the US in dollars. Regards golden visa I thought the property value required was in euros not in pounds! Why would Spain care about pounds? BTW we have green NIE cards, not TIE but we still have bank account, car insurance etc, it does not seem to be a issue. Your property prices seem a lot cheaper than ours, but then our weather and beer prices seem a lot better than yours. Mid high 20s here late January, Maspalomas.

I have another large and busy channel 135K subs (not travel related it's an educational channel) I was just wondering if that puts me in the digital nomad territory, as you don't need a diploma or such to be a RUclipsr. The channel is three years old soonso you could say I don't have three years experience either?
Not that it matters as I'm resident here anyway since 2016, I was just interested how YT influencers are treated in that respect. I have a Canary Islands SL but I could as easily register a UK LTD I guess. I assume I could also move and work elsewhere in the EU as I own an EU company? Do you know anything about that?
On a very similar topic, it annoys me that I would not be allowed to go back to the UK (not a skilled worker apparently) if I didn't have a UK passport so they can't stop me going there. But my own country does not want me on my own merits if you get what I mean... I'm not 'good enough' for them, they would just have to suffer me as I have a passport

Yes a lot of people didn’t know what they were voting for,at the time uk was booming number place to invest in ,everything was rosy .then people thought they were going to be richer and better off ,healthcare was getting 350000 a week spent to improve .🤔
