The LORD was carpenter-maxxing in this part of Exodus. He did the same thing with the Flood. No surprise that Christ was a carpenter - the LORD has a thing for wood for sure.

Seat (noun), a place where something specified is prevalent: Center.
The place where mercy is prevalent. The centralized location of mercy.
Also,
Seat (verb), to fit to or with a seat.
The seat is actively covering the contents of the ark of the covenant.

I think you might have the wings wrong. It’s a throne. The right wing of one cherub and the left wing of the other make the back rest. The other 2 wings are the arms.
The term the mercy seat is not in the original Hebrew. That is a word coined by Tyndall when he translated the Hebrew word which just means lid or covering. He created the word because that so often the place where God dwells speaks of a seat and mercy.

It is widely accepted by historians that the ancient Hebrews used Egyptian royal cubit for measurements of the Ark, Egyptian royal cubit being the standard “divine” measurement for most Canaanite city-states since they were vassals to the Egyptian throne back then

The vast majority of the time the Bible says "Yahweh said. .", it is referring to the voice that was heard coming from between the cherubim on the ark of the covenant.

Scripture says in Exodus that the four rings were attached to the feet. That would mean that the poles were inserted at the bottom by the feet.

so the real mystery is what is the testimony ?? that is the power source everything else is just there to contain the source and ground it ( the two rods that cant be removed) and on top its a pair so that would mean a polarity of some type. also gold is a great conductor of electricity , does nuclear have poliarites ? it seem like whatever is given to them to put inside has electromagnetic radiation but what would hold so much power in such a small size as those of the tablets. also if the gold is all around it and that's where people grab it and they touch the ground the gold is the ground so whatever is inside is of positive polarity. it sure seems like the tablets are made of that same stuff the us gov made of that sphere that was two pieces and that scientist used the screw driver to separate them, well until he slipped and zap everyone around and he died shortly after . seems that's what happens to people that were around it from the stories I've heard.
Isn't the mercy seat, or atonement cover, symbolic of God's throne, the throne of grace? If so, wouldn't the Ark of the Covenant resemble a throne? And yet, most depictions don't. But in the following clips, this is how Jeff Benner of the Ancient Hebrew Research Center depicts it:

In the temple (Ezekiel 40), the North gates(1), East gate+Sacrifice(2), South gate(3) and Temple(4) are represented in the Tabernacle by the Table(1), Door(2.A)+High priest(2.B), Menorah(3) and Ark of the Covenant(4).
Respectively, each symbolizing The Father(1), The Son God(2.A) + The Word made flesh(2.B), the Holy Spirit(3), and the Trinity itself(4).
Within the Ark of the Covenant(4) are represented:
the Father (whose law was broken by man - Adam [Deut 9.17] , and restored also by man, the Rock among Men - Jesus [Deut 10.1-2]) in the Tables of the Law(1),
the Son (living bread that came down from heaven) in the Manna(2),
and the Holy Spirit (Seven Spirits of the Presence of God who burn before the Throne, whose arms are flowers in the Menorah) in Aaron's Rod(3)[Numbers 8.4].
The two natures of Christ, Divine(A) and human (B), are also represented [Ezekiel 9.3] in the interior decoration of the temple of Ezekiel [Ezekiel 41.19], in the Cherub with the face of a lion(2.A) and the face of a man (2.B), that is, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, worthy to look at and open the seals (2.A), and the Incarnate Word, the child born to us (2.B).
Daniel 12.4-9 envisions this scenario: the one who sits on the waters (the same ones that come out of the right side of the temple, on which he sat, and flow through the temple court) is Jesus (from where he started in John 19.34) , who swears by him who lives forever - God, for he is God (Matthew 5.32-36). The other two seen on either side are the Father and the Holy Spirit. These are the Ark of the Covenant seen in Revelation.

The cherubim cannot be on the mercy seat, the place reserved for God, "which sits between the cherubim", but on the sides as described by Ron Wyatt. 2 Samuel 6:2. Shalom!
The cherubim ride in a chariot. Not according to Mr. Wyatt, but according to the Word:
"...and refined gold by weight for the altar of incense, and for the pattern of the CHARIOT of the gold keruvim, spreading out their wings and covering over the ark of the covenant of Yahweh." (1Ch 28:18)

The staves are on the bottom not high as here plus they were on the short side as the staves reached out under the holy of holies and be seen on the other side

Shittah tree or the plural "shittim" was used in the Tanakh to refer to trees belonging to the genera Vachellia and Faidherbia. Faidherbia albida, Vachellia seyal, Vachellia tortilis, and Vachellia gerrardii can be found growing wild in the Sinai Desert and the Jordan River Valley. Wikipedia

I really like your 3D animations, but I have yet to see anyone depict the Ark of the Covenant correctly and always miss one very large detail:
"...and refined gold by weight for the altar of incense, and for the pattern of the CHARIOT of the gold keruvim, spreading out their wings and covering over the ark of the covenant of Yahweh." (1Ch 28:18)
According to the Scriptures, the cherubims (Heb: keruvim) ride a chariot.
I would love to see you correct this and be the first to illustrate the Ark according to it's actual design.

Most commentaries I read on that verse state it was figurative, in that the mercy seat represents the throne or seat of The Lord. I also have an issue that the chariot was only mentioned in he Chronicles account which virtually all scholarship says was the latest account of the temple. This video is based on what is written in Exodus, which does not mention a chariot.
