wow fantastic camper seriously thinking about buying one it's hard to believe its the same size as my VW camper.. I wish the heating ran off the diesel and not gas. that 20ltr gas tank won't last very long running the fridge and heating and hot water.
Brilliant! The wife and I have been looking forward to your first review of the Pulsar, as we collect out new Pulsar on Friday the 16th. We like the idea of making it intp two single beds, please show us how you have managed that when you can.
Hurray you're back,I've been looking forward to seeing what you bought after the chonson, looking forward to more blogs bligs vlid clogs vlogs, oooooo whatever there callec
This video is great and really demonstrates the potential of the Pulsar - good work Jim and Kay! My problem is I want to check out the interior with a view to buying one but there are none for sale now and Wildax aren't able to show one before its sold, really frustrating
Yes I know, not many for sale at the moment, we have changed a few things but can’t do any videos as ours is at the dealers for some work. Should have it back in a couple of weeks. We can then do some more videos 😁
Hi Jim and Kay i jst subscribed to your channel, what a lovely camper ye both have and thank you for the very informative video if i may ask you a question about the single beds , my question is what lenght are the single beds ? i am 5ft 7inch and was wondering if the beds wuld be long enough? anyhow thank you for a great review enjoy every minute and best of luck with the new van 👌
Hi Sean, thanks for your nice comments. The beds are two different sizes, behind the passenger it’s about 5’ 7” and behind the driving wheel about 5’ 4”. You need extra cushions to make the height up, see the video about our single beds. Thanks again and good luck 👌
Only just come across this review..loved the banter and as a result, just subscribed! I did look.at the pulsar but I'm 6'3" and won't fit in the bed. Curious to know what you think of its ease of use of the water heater/CH function and also the quality. Buying a camper next year and a WildAx Aurora XL is currently at the too of my shortlist.
Thank you for your nice comments, the Wildax layout and size we love, the quality and back up service from the dealer not too good. I have a small leak behind the shower, 12v on showing 5.7v reversing sensors not working, no awning supplied because they have run out. We have had it about 2 months and it’s been in once for these to be fixed and they failed to sort them out. The heating controls have been easy and good to use. This might be a one off, but we have had similar problems with other Motor homes. I think they are rushing them out of the door because of demand. Wildax themselves are no help in anyway, you have to go back to the dealer, we have had several other minor issues to, like the magazine rack just fell off. So overall when these issues are resolved we will enjoy the size and layout for this van.
@@jimandkay thank you for the response. Strangely, one of the things that appeal to me of WildAx over many of the top companies are the quality of vans. I think you're spot on with assessment that their order books are full to capacity and just getting them out the door. I aim to buy end of next year so hopefully sanity and calm will be restored by then. I'm just sorry to hear of your woes - you seem to have a great attitude and will persevere and get them sorted and then enjoy that fabulous van of yours!
Hi and thanks for subscribing, the Pulsar is a nice compact van, I have had issues though with quality, the 12v system was only putting out 5.7v, I had a leak behind the shower, the reversing sensors central unit had to be replaced, things fell off because screw weren’t long enough. Then to top it off engine management light came on and Fiat had to replace a sensor and they were aware of the sensor failing on a number of vans. I am now happy with the van and love the overall length for parking. All the controls are easy to figure out and use, to be honest they need to just move up to the 5.4 m size and you would have full single beds and you would still get away with parking. The longer vans are more roomy inside if the parking doesn’t bother you. Overall I am now pleased with what I have, after a few modifications. Good luck with your purchase 👍
Thanks for this video, very helpful
Looks good Denis & Kay.

Great video we also have down sized to a PVC and love it

colour = expedition grey, I believe
Hi, yes it is, well spotted
Looks great, how are the electrics in it, everything working ok? Also looks nice with big wheels but still not as cool as a VW!
The Vw has lots of extras you can purchase to make it look smart and sporty, but the wildly has it all and looks fab straight from the box 😎
Just say it looks great , why mention overpriced VW cramped unoriginal vans?
Get rid of all those towels and buy a couple of large microfibre car drying towels. You will not go back.
Yeh will try that, thanks
