Holli, I bought my wife a Keurig Mini for X-Mas. It worked great for 3 days, than stopped. I called Keurig support and they were worthless. Found your video and tried it and it worked!! Thank you! Thank You! Thank You!!!!
Thank you! Answers my question spot on. I couldn’t figure out how to get the water out. Unfortunately I still don’t know why it didn’t brew. I’ve used it many times this was the first one it didn’t brew
mine would only dispense half of the water i put in. Did all suggested cleaning. Mine is a few years old. Found the little filter where the water drains through in dispenser, had build up, Scraped and cleaned with steel clip. Worked right away for full cup. Thanks for all your tips too
This product is rubbish. Almost immediately after the 30 day return period elapsed mine periodically stops working. It will drain the water from the reservoir, but then the light just flashes rapidly a few times (instead of the slow strobe) and it stops doing anything. It doesn't heat the water, nor does it dispense it. I can get it going again if I add more water, but then it's too much for my cup and I've found that pressing the power button to prematurely stop the brew makes it come out tasting weak. I always fill above the minimum and below the maximum and I only use pure, clean, store bought, bottled water in it. It is clean and not clogged. I have a suspicion that the issue has something to do with the an internal water sensor. It failed on me three times today. Since it's beyond the return period and it will likely cost as much as the machine is worth to ship it in under any warranty, I pounded it hard with my fist a few times and what do you know, it started working. Meanwhile I have a Hamilton Beach coffee maker that can handle K Cups and it has never had an issue, even after tens of thousands of brews over the years. Once my new (non-Keurig brand) coffee maker arrives, this is thing is going straight into the wastebin.
About half the time, I put the water in, put the pod in, shut the lid, press the brew button and it blinks for a few seconds then just goes off. Stops brewing. When I lift and close the lid, it will not start brewing again until I put more water in - which now that I know how to drain the reservoir I won't have to do anymore. But any idea on what I'm doing wrong?
Well, try pouring the water in slowly to ensure the sensor picks it up accurately, and make sure the lid is fully closed to maintain a good seal. If air bubbles are causing issues, a gentle tap on the reservoir can help release them. Additionally, check the needle for clogs by carefully cleaning it with a paperclip, as blockages can interrupt the brewing cycle. Let me know!
I have had two of these pieces of junk now over the last month, haven't even gone through two boxes of pods. I hit the button and it tries to brew then stops. I take the pod out, tried to purge the water by holding the button and it just stops. These things a garbage!
Sorry to hear you’ve had such a frustrating experience! 🧐It sounds like a clog might be causing the issue. You can try cleaning the needle and running a descaling cycle if you haven’t already. We have videos on our channel. Check them out!
Same here. Last Keurig worked for about 5 years. These mini's are awful. One worked for a month, and the other worked once! What junk. I should not have to repair my own BRAND NEW coffee maker.
Check power, water reservoir, and try different outlet. Clean debris and do hard reset (unplug 5+ mins). If no change, might be internal - contact Keurig or consider repairs. Update us if you solve it!
@ same . I threw the whole thing away . It was a present gift from a few years back that never got opened until 3 months ago . Out of the box brand new and never worked .
@@mindyjohnson4676 The Mini models usually have a fixed water reservoir. Try descaling or cleaning the needle. If it still doesn’t brew, reaching out to Keurig support might be your best bet. Hope it gets sorted out soon!
Did absolutely nothing, my water is at max and won’t dispense I think we can all agree we know if it’s got water or not this was a complete waste of 3:45 seconds of my life thanks for nothing

Glad I could help!

It must be a design flaw because numerous people are having the same problem.
Yep, just got one for Christmas, and it only worked for a week. Same issue. Even holding down the button, it stops.

How Does the coffee pod holder come apart for cleaning
I don’t know if it can be taken out. But I personally just pour water in the cup holder to clean it :)
Thank you!!! U saved me so much money 🎉😅
It's not dispensing 😢
no shit
What if that blue light is never coming on ? Water is filled , power is on , tried resetting nothing works
Me too! I just got my k mini. No blue solid light
