negative. Yamomoto thinks he Sawano but not even close. dude doesnt understand basics of a counter melody. his only good work and by all means his single good OST of his entire catalog is Splinter Wolf.
@@puujeelkhagva8575 I agree, his OST is not bad, but it mediocre, for a big project like AOT it doesn't have very interesting soundtrack right at the end, they would be better to delay for Sawano instead of rushing.
One of the best soundtracks in any series/movie I've ever seen personally. Never understood the name though, even in context of the series "YouSeeBIGGIRL" lmao.
I heard someone say once that the "You see" is a play on words in a mix of japanese and english meaning "Ymir" - "You" is just english and "miru" in japanese meaning "see", kinda sounds like how they pronounce Ymir (you miru) Big girl is probably because ymir is a titan, or a "Big girl" lmao. Doesn't really relate to the scene in which it plays though, so idk
If you want a quick break from AOT, I think it would be awesome if you checked out "God Shattering Star", and/or "Apex of the World". Completely different genres, but I think just as interesting !

AoT it top-tier in every aspect: story/writing, voice acting, animation, sound score, you name it, it's got it.

See is “miru” in japanese so the first part reads out “Ymir” and biggirl refers to her as the founding titan
this is right behind apetitan for me in terms of best soundtrack
