Thanks Matteo, very comprehensive review of correct technique, and in the end it must be second nature to you so that you do it all almost without thinking.
Hey Matteo! Great video as always! I was thinking if you could do a video on how to wear the cycling kit in specific temperatures (for example -10 degrees, 0 degrees, +10 degrees etc.) because I never seem to get it right, always too hot or too cold. Also maybe you could do a video on comparising which is better - knee warmers or full compression pants under the cycling bib? Winter is coming and I cannot decide which would be more effective and comfortable. Thank you in advance and looking forward!
Hi Biggie between six and sixteen degrees Celsius we wear Belgian Uniform. That is undervest, short sleeve jersey and shorts, arm warmers leg warmers and a wind vest. This gives lots of flexibility for the in between temperatures. If it is below ten degrees we add gloves overshoes and a hat. If it is below six degrees we go for the full winter kit, which is long sleeve winter undervest and then a full winter jacket, thermal bib tights, overshoes, gloves and winter hat. If it is below three degrees you need a second pair of socks over your shoes and a neck buff or face covering as well
That’s for training. For cyclocross race it is shorts and short sleeves down to twelve degrees. Add an undervest, long sleeve and gloves if required down to about six degrees. Below that and it’s leg warmers and long sleeves and gloves. You will be warm after three minutes
More useful if you have the front row and the open road in front of you. Starting a few rows back and its more the traffic you have to worry about. You would of adored alloy lyotard pedals toe clips and straps us old time riders were having to use back in the good old days :).
10k subscribers💪, your channel start to be really big
Knap filmpje. Goed uitgelegd 👍
I like the tip about positioning the left pedal to consistently get it clipped in. I'll give that a try.

My dad said just the same 😂😂
