Thank you so much Sir Jean Paul. My alto saxophone had gone out of adjustment and I was worried all week, but as soon as I followed your teachings and put them into practice, I admit that my instrument came back to normal.
Thank you so much for this video!!!! I've been getting an air leak on that g# key that has been affecting my low Bb and c# key and was driving me insane! I thought I somehow was just getting worse at playing the sax. After tightening that little screw a quarter turn, my low notes now play beautifully. Thank you!
I've had this problem since I purchased my Yanigisawa sax, even took it back to the shop to get it fixed. Waste of time and money. I've just done as you have describe and it's fixed!!
My curved soprano is flat on low C and B. Tried reeds/MP combinations and embouchure adjustments. . Do your video 2 or 3 cover the venting of adacent keys bring these notes into correct pitch easier? Tanks much.
I have a King Cleveland 615 Tenor Sax that doesn't have those screws. It's not the pad you showed that has the problem but the one below it. It's slightly open and I have no idea how to close it.
Hi, three months ago I bought a Jean Paul ts-400 Tenor Sax and since I took it out of the box the C # key makes a strange noise that is similar to the noise made by a compress spring ... what would you recommend me to do to fix it...
