Get Zeon coached up. He is a phenomenal talent. You can't coach that kind of instinctive quickness, balance, elusiveness, strength at breaking tackles, and knowing when/where to dart as a running QB. Last time we had that combo of qualities was D'Eriq. But you can coach him to see the defenders better, get a little more zip and accuracy on his ball... and that didn't seem to be happening. He has all the skills to be a much better passer, and did actually complete a lot of beautiful throws this year. A better O-line next year would be nice too. We have a great group of running backs and receivers. Looking forward to a much improved offense next year, and hopefully the same kind of excellence on defense.
Decision made about five (5) games too late. Everybody knew what had to be done. Loyalty is wonderful but the HC is paid to make HARD decisions. You are way too late. How much are you being paid? Go Coogs!
Coach, how about give Ale a shot at QB to see what he got since neither Chriss nor Donovan has “it.” Chriss could be a good receiver with his speed and athleticism but he lacks the arm and mental aspect to be a good QB and Donovan doesn’t have anything whatsoever to be a legitimate QB. So what do you have to lose by giving Ale a chance to see what he got? He definitely seems to have a better arm than both Chriss and Donovan as well as having the better mental aspect that is needed in a QB in the scrimmage games that we saw from him. And he also has better legs than Donovan so who knows what he could do as a field general for the team. Like I’ve said before, what do you have to lose at this moment in time in giving the kid a chance? We want to see what the kid could do before the season is over! You don’t know what you got until you put him in there!
Way to go Coach Fritz. Good luck with the change and at BYU. GO COOGS!!!!
Let's get that last game, coach!
Shawn Bell , interim OC! Now the search starts!

Then put him at running back. I prefer an untalented QB that can read defenses and hit his target.

We will go nowhere until they find an experienced qb
What a flop Fritz has been. All that money wasted !!
Program collapsing, players abandoning for the portal… cougars were conned, Fritz is a flop.
C’mon Roy
We need about $10 million for a portal QB.
