Now we should facilitate cross-city economic integration and promote the growth of second-tier cities. With the introduction of Dhaka metro rail it has huge growth opportunity for 60% of the increase in market potential for secondary cities connected by metro trains (market potential: Narayanganj, Savar, Tongi, Karaniganj). A a result of cities becoming more integrated it helps to promote greater domestic trade and holiday travels.
So, The first step: constructing a regional inter-city network with speeds - 1,00km/h.
The second step: entails building a national network that connects major city clusters with speeds - 2,00km/h.
If you wait for things to happen, probably, nothing would happen. You have to take the initiative and act. You need to take the first step, and then the other steps would follow.
Remember the words of Lao Tzu, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step” and act accordingly. Bangladesh Mass Transit management should take the simple process to give MRT Card. It should be easy to get, without any id and All amount should be usable. No extra pay.
Otherwise its not fair, and it will lead a long queue. Also, its a very hard process for people, to get MRT card through the queue, it will lead to a bothering situation.
Please see how other metro managements around the world keeping it simple.
Also, there should be very high fine for people who do discrepancy and mandatory to pay instantly. So, people will be aware to keep peace.
Sound pollution, bothering others and stealing pocket money should be punished with high fine. And people should be disciplined, although its rush hour, otherwise penalty.
All kinds of fireworks should be banned and throwing particles should be prohibited in metro rail line.
No posters, banners or flyers should be acceptable and penalty should be there.
Any kind of Drinking or eating inside metro should be punished.
All payment and metro crossings should be crystal clear, no corruption, and a high penalty should be there to keep in disciplined.

প্রত্যেকটা স্টেশনে যখন থেকে থামবে তখন উত্তরা থেকে আগারগাও যেতে ৩০ মিনিট ক্রস করতে পারে।
এই যদি অবস্থা হয়, তবে এটা করে আর অফিসে যাওয়া লাগবেনা।
