Hello, I did everything right, but when I start the game, I get an error saying vruntime140.dll then the game starts and I get an error on the opening screen that gta ss exe has stopped working, can you help me?
In gta sa, If you drown a car for 5 minutes in middle of the sea and bring it to the land.... The engine will not run properly... And the car cant be driven
TheJizzy, some parts of the map appear and the rest do not, is it because my notebook is simple with 4 GB of RAM and no video card? Or is it because the game is still in development?

I’m waiting still the traffic of the Cities: San Andreas, San Fierro, Las Venturas, Liberty City and Vice City to work. That are cars and police drive to these cities and you can drive to them 😉
@disabled_1032 Yes just install gta sa again. make sure it's a clean version but don't downgrade it. and just put the S&S files into the root folder. This worked for me but theres a chance it may not work for you but give it a go.
How much of this mod is actually done? I tried going to vice city but for me it's just water there no land and there's no population at all in most places other than around San Andreas I really love the idea of the mod but is it anywhere close to finished?
Great tutorial Jizzy ! I appreciate it. But there is a problem. Whenever I load a saved game, it crashes every time & says about "Fastman limit adjuster error". Otherwise, starting a new game works fine. Can you please help me in fixing it ?
it was caused by main.scm, it was basically the game main component(missions,ai), the save game adapt with the main.scm codes but if it has difference it will automatically crash the game to prevent save game error

Yes, SAMP is not compatible with this mod. For Stars and Stripes you need a clean gta sa folder without any mod. (SAMP is modification too). It's simple - create 2 copy of gta sa clean folder. One with SAMP, second with Stars and Stripes.
