An excellent scenario. Being with other people-or just being among a crowd in general-is not always given deliberate thought when considering a self-defense situation.

Thanks so much for the great video. This is a very good point. You will need booth hands free to deal with the threat. Keep up the great work work.

Great video master Gary, question I live in California, I use a cane for disability purposes, so if I feel threatened by an individual and I hit him, wouldn't I be prosecuted?

Hello, I am not a lawyer. I suggest you look at your state laws. And talk to a state lawyer or police officer about that question.

@Savagecane so in Florida you can do that, never said you were a lawyer just a question cause of the videos you make! And I'm thinking if one feels threatened specially someone coming at you you can defend yourself! Thanks for response 👍

@@fherrivera951 In Florida, it's a lot different. We can stand our ground at our house. But when you're outside there are a lot of cameras catching a lot of things from companies and buildings. If you don't have justifies cause you will go to jail. That's why I'm not really big on telling people. Yeah, and your state I would do that. I don't know your state. Definitely check your laws out that way you're protecting yourself. I can only speak for me if my life is on the line. I'll do what I have to and then hash it out in court later.

@Savagecane I would do the same as well, this I do know though if someone attacks a disabled person it's a felony, jail time in California, appreciate your response and videos stay safe!
