She has an outstanding range, one of the best in Hololive (rivaling Kanata's range), and can sing with a lot of power across most of her range. Unfortunately, she hasn't uploaded many official MV's, so her much of her best work is in karaokes. Hakujitsu, and her two covers of Aki's Shallys are both stellar. Her Snow Halation cover is pretty good too, as it is a quartet she sung with herself. As for official stuff, Risu has my favorite King cover, and Reine has my second favorite King cover (a more rock-inspired remix of the song). Reine's Usseewa is also great.
to answer your question it is the same song just swapped who's singing which part. and some reversed harmonies since risu isn't going as deep in part B cause shes the "main voice" on it. it makes the song a bit different because now its reine harmonizing with Risu instead of risu harmonizing with reine.
Risu outfit represent her duality with left n right side looks different. Risu actually also do 2 parts songs before on her n oga daddy daddy doo cover but this time its actually reine requesting for 2 different part cover because she want to showcase their vocal ranges.

When 2 vowels are beside each other, like in kakumei, they are pronounced separately, so ei in "mei" starts as that e sound, then becomes the I sound, resulting in something sounding like "ay" in hay, or may. Kakumei sounds like ka-koo-may. It means revolution, like a significant change.
this duo cover is perfect for me always replaying everyday ..but looks like the cover is underrated just a few attention,slowly viewers increased..but the funny thing is another vtuber who can't even singing better got more attention and viewers 😂😂 this is not about the talent it's just about popularity or maybe they don't know the real talented one 👍👍👍
