Great commercial. One of my all-time favorites. Strangely, when Taco Bell ran this add they actually lost revenue. That's why the cancelled this ad. Not because there was a campaign that claimed this ad was racist, but because it didn't bring in customers.
I can hardly see how this is racist. Its Mexican food, a dog (from around the world) commonly associated with Mexico, and it spoke about 5 words in Spanish. Big Whoop! People have always been snowflakes; butt hurt over nothing... If an American restaurant in China owned by a Chinese man were to create a similar commercial, but instead used an American bulldog that said "I want some Hamburgers"... I don't think anyone would bitch..
