Gaming late night is like traveling through a wormhole in a different universe. Your friends all act completely different, that one guy who is usually chill and vibin, now he’s an escaped patient from a physic ward. Someone making random ass noises, that one guy singing the entirety of a song on loop, someone is dying from laughter, another dude talking like he’s in a play or something, and then for some reason you are the only one unfazed. Just tired and hell wondering wth is happening.
This is way too accurate for how specific it is.
If I play late at night I'm usually alone so most of my teammates are just off the deep end tilt queueing

10:03 This is also a bug on genji blade, when you dash, if you're already holding down primary fire it just won't swing. Its horrific
My DPS quickplay is just all been Genji and that explains a lot. I dive people like torbes that can't go away and I just look at them and die.

Maybe I’m stupid for this, but like pressing it manually because it feels better. So I’ve never encountered this but.
Yea Genji blades have just felt awful ever since OW2 and it was hard to point to exactly why. Something about blade hit timings, and then also this where it just won't swing if you hold a wrong button during ult activation. I was very fluent with my blade setups in OW1, but in OW2 it feels like there's a lag or delay on every swing and my movement is always overpaced even tho it was never a problem before.

As someone with a 9 - 5 job that I sometimes work late in the evening, these are the only kind of lobbies I solo queue in ranked. I don’t think I've ever ran into a single sane person at 2am

I wish we could see Mauga in 6v6. Having a Mauga on each team with a second tank would be the most chaotic thing In Overwatch history.
It's also interesting, for a new hero, just how many lines Mauga has for interactions with other tanks. You won't be able to hear those lines outside mystery heroes and open queue.

Make Sense since mauga should be released and they decide to replace him for Sigma bc of game flow

Gaming from 1am-4am is when the game is the most fun. Brain is ooga Booga and everyone else isn’t sweating thier dicks off.
I’ve found the queues have a much wider range at night. You could be playing qp in a gold-ish lobby one game and the next game it’s all diamond/masters players
instead of a "time till new season starts" timer, maybe next season you should have a counter for how many times you've been asked when the season starts, and have a timer labelled "time until flats loses patience with his chat."
I'm only able to play late nights because of my schedule, i also live on the west coast too so time zones effect my games
Managed to climb to plat Tank and support but neglected to play dps since i placed bronze when I started

Late night QP is a whole other multiverse 😂. It’s insane between the difference during night and day QP.
Usually in the late night time is kids who don’t wanna go to sleep or night shift workers who are trying to stay awake for their next day and just vibe in their crazy ways which includes but not limited to drinking laughing for no apparent reason and going on an angry rant on someone for no reason. I do wonder though how many players think late night gaming is better than daytime gaming
I hate how accurate that is. Especially because I was both the kid who didn’t want to sleep, and now I am a night shift worker.
Ah yes the snack induced One more round-fest, induced coma that makes anyone feel like they're playing drunk ( Though the drink does help ).

I was playing QP at like 4am the other night and the first chat was “whoever dies first likes pp” like the things that people say at night are insane
You have no idea. I just played a game as Mauga. Our whole team is pushing together. I’m with my torb and widow is behind me. And we are pushing point. And then my mercy is pocketing my lucio. And then I died. And was like ok? We group up again. Then we push point together. Then both my damage died. And I’m weak. So I back up behind a wall. And wait a while. Then say I need healing and she goes. No!!! And then proceeds to say I’m playing a shitty character. And I went in 1v5 and died so she won’t heal me. I NEVER EVEN DIED FIRST. 😂. Going in by myself? So she pocketed lucio all game and threw. Late night games are something else. People be crazy.

Playing QP at any time is like playing for money with less teamwork on your team and the enemy team is a 5 stack

I was playing late night with my buddy & we were getting lucky with our teams. So we were rolling through teams all night & this one team we held them to 0 kills & we had 0 deaths lol maybe 1 or 2. But this was plat & diamond lobbies… so this one guy goes “I never seen 0’s across the board in a plat lobby before, I’m never playing this late again” lmao felt bad but we got the W so whatever

No mobility can be used in his ult
no, all movement abilities are cancelled upon entering maugas ult raduis, but momentum is still conserved when entering into his ult, so you can roll into his ult as ball and knock enemies out/ off the map still.
