The frame measurements are based on the size of your canvas. For example, if your canvas is 8.5x11 inches, you can size your grid based on inches. (Which will eliminate having to convert on google.) Your canvas in this video is in CM.
@@azalearose6093 Great idea & thank you for sharing. However, once I went to print, the measurements do not align with the grid measurements - possibly because the page bleed shrinks the item into the printable space. Has anyone found a solution to this?
Did you find a video on how to print wedding place cards/multiple per page? I am having a hard time finding a good tutorial on this! Appreciate your help :)
I sell savings challenge templates on Etsy and would like to know how to fit three A6 pages on a single 8.5” x 11 “ sheet of paper. Could you make a tutorial on this?
I think you can make a custom size design in canva with the size of paper you will print on and copy all the bookmark elements (after grouping them to make it easier) and paste it there then just duplicate it
This video was SO incredibly helpful!! One question I had was is there an easy way to add cut marks if most of the design has a white background? I would really appreciate any feedback!
Nice video but if I may put one note here. The music at the beginning and end are SOOO much louder than your voice that I had to turn it down when this video started, then when you started speaking, I had to turn it back up, and then at the end that music came back and I nearly jumped out of my chair as it was so startling and loud. lol
question once you have done that how would you add so a customer can access it? do you add it as a separate page with the temple you created before uploading to your store?
Thank you. Can you tell me if I create and save as a PDF will customer be able to edit if they have Adobe pro? If incorrect can you share what is needed if customer wants to edit the pdf.
Just wondering what I'm doing wrong. I create a design, select grid and none of the grid resize handles show - only the resize handles on the corners. I need to change the width and height, but not the overall dimensions if that makes sense. What am I doing wrong. I have done this before and it worked, I'm wondering if I've changed a setting somehow. If I click on the grid choice it used to fill the entire project page, but now it's just a small(ish) square in the centre.
Very well sister......... but suppose I have two pages in my document now I want to set one page in landscape and the other one in portrait mode so how to do it hope you will sharply answer me ........ Thank You !!!!!!!!!!!
Does someone know wat kind of paper to use for invitation? Is it beter to used photo paper or a ticker a4 paper? I don’t even know wat kind pff really need some help
What if I want to make 5 x 7 invitations (print 2 per page) but I want to make them editable. How would I easily take my original 5x7 design and put it into a grid with editable writing for a customer?
It isn’t working when I drag and drop either, did you figure it out? It is automatically taking up the entire page. Plus when I resize the grid manually, the sizes don’t show up for me
This really helped me, thanks so much. Just so you know, your mic and speaking voice is very low in volume. It needs to be louder. Thanks for saving me here!
This the only video I have found that explains this clearly. I really appreciate your time and effort to produce this.

This video was SO incredibly helpful!! One question I had was is there an easy way to add cut marks if most of the design has a white background? I would really appreciate any feedback!
I’ve been changing the background color of the grid page from white to light gray for the designs that have a white background.

Great video, only one out of the five that I watched which actually helped me.
This helped tremendously. Thank you for sharing this!!!

Canva has now upgraded some features, so some things we no longer need to do in this video.
Thank you! What if you want to print multiple but also front and back?
I'm stuck with this atm 😪
Can you make one for doing business cards (multiple per page) to print
I know the option exists to add crop marks on the outer corners of each page But Is it possible to add crop marks around each of the grid boxes?
were you ever able to figure out if you can add crop marks to each individual grid box? Currently trying to figure it out

I’m having issues also - grid resizing numbers not showing up and when I drag and drop it fills my entire page
I need another video on putting multiple labels on 1 sheet like 8. Is it like the same kind of concept?
Can this be used for product labels as well? If you have to print multiple labels on a sheet
YES, YES, YES…finally someone with the same question I have.
Thank you
How to make jam labels with A 5160, please? Thanks

Is there a way to make sequential numbers to make numbered tickets
Big Help.. Thanks a lot!
When I try to add in an invitation or flyer, only my photos come up in the uploads. How do I get a flyer template in there to edit?
Does someone know wat kind of paper to use for invitation? Is it beter to used photo paper or a ticker a4 paper? I don’t even know wat kind pff really need some help
DO you include a grid with the Etsy purchase? To be edited in Canva?
Mine shows you need canva pro to resize page. Is that normal or new then?
What if I want to make 5 x 7 invitations (print 2 per page) but I want to make them editable. How would I easily take my original 5x7 design and put it into a grid with editable writing for a customer?
They would just edit it first, then save their design as a png file, upload it and then drag and drop to the grid.
Do you save your designs as a png and then drag and drop?
It isn’t working when I drag and drop either, did you figure it out? It is automatically taking up the entire page. Plus when I resize the grid manually, the sizes don’t show up for me
Im a little confused with the measurements. can you show how to make grids for A5 and A6 size designs on one A4 size paper?
I don't have the option to duplicate it :( only to duplicate the page.. what do I do?
How do i do this with a design I already created?
Okay that's smart ngl
When I drag mine it doesn’t show any measurements 😕 how can I fix it?
Mine doesn’t either. I can’t figure out how too
Why CANT i see the grid measurements when im resizing the template
This really helped me, thanks so much. Just so you know, your mic and speaking voice is very low in volume. It needs to be louder. Thanks for saving me here!
Canva just changed. The resize tab has GONE!
my canva is set to inchs not cms so this was very odd i almost wasted ink and paper
Can you add your own design that you have created into the grid?
29.7 y 21
This did not help me. The features did not work as described.
