'FOSS & Image Processing: Learnings from OMRChecker' :
First part would be about: - Showcasing the story of how the open source project OMRChecker grew from a college project into a thesis project, and now a top Github repository for the 'omr' topic with 650+ stars and an active discord community of 350+ people from 16+ countries.
- Essential things to do for a steady organic growth of visitors and contributors for your project.
- It covers things like good readme/wiki documentation, SEO, well defined issues, etc

Second part would be about:
- An interactive session teaching the audience hands-on on basics of image processing and how it is used for solving a real world use case (OMR Checking)
