Thanks. Kestrel, that is how I create my fabric collages. I use Heat n Bond, no sewing and piece it back together like a puzzle, iron and frame it. No computer, but all hand cutting. Your work is spectacular!
Kestrel, WOW!!!!! I am speechless. Never in a hundred lifetimes would I be able to do that. You are an artist extraordinaire. Thank you Alex for introducing us to all amazing people and their particular art forms. I am not an artiist nor am I artistic, I am creative, but I truly enjoy seeing artists and their artwork. Alex, I have a Cocapoo. She is cocker spaniel and poodle. She has the best personality I have ever had in a dog, smart, loving, just the right size. She is not full non shedding but very little and she does need to be shampooed. She has hair not fur, so just like you and me, she needs to be shampooed. She also needs grooming which is expensive so we bought a table and clippers and do it at home.

You should look into getting a Bichon...they are the greatest little dogs. No smell or shedding. I miss mine so much.
Alex, check out the rescues, My dog is a cross between Pomeranian and Chihuahua. He weighed less than 5 lbs when I got him. It took about a year to get him up to weight (11 lbs). I do need to brush him, but he doesn't smell. He gets so excited, when I'm gone, whether 10 minutes or all day. My last dog was a lhasa apso. Such a sweetheart. She had to be groomed and brushed, but again, no smell. Be aware that lhasa apsos are alarm dogs, and will bark at anyone who is not in their pack. Good luck in finding your next best friend.
Your Thanksgiving sounds lovely. We had the traditional spaghetti and meatballs( hubby is Italian.). The quilt behind you is marvelous, is there a picture or pattern?

Good luck on your puppy search. You might look into the breed, Brussels Griffon. They are not a common breed but the rough coat variety does not shed or smell. They are highly devoted to their owners. I have been with the breed for 16 years.
