This song was released by Rainbow in '76 during the heyday of disco era when the likes of The Bee Gees, Travolta, Olivia Newton John were around.
Such a bold attempt by Blackmore with his neo-classical master piece after leaving Deep Purple ...

Great job I really enjoyed that - all the double and tried tracking of the guitar parts and the synth was really well done.

Σε ευχαριστούμε για το σχόλιο, Τάσο. Ακριβώς, και ο τραγουδιστής και εγώ στα πλήκτρα είμαστε Έλληνες.

Awesome! This is probably my favourite rainbow song. Never learnt the solo because i need to leave some solos unlearnt otherwise I dont enjoy them as much. Know the feeling or is it just me? But I always wondered if blackmore bent the first bend with the first finger. Very likely.
Anyway good job as always Oliver!

i have the EXACT same feeling bro

I guess all the time and effort that goes into mastering a lick or riff or whatever takes away some of the magic of "not knowing how its done" 8-)

Exactly! Plus when you know how to do something you just want to do it yourself even though the original is perfect and you can only come close. Still it is you!

Thank you very much Adam. Next possible bent D-string 7th fret. I don't know how Blackmore played this.

I think it sounds more like a G string bend then a D. We will never know :D
