Only Some mi phones doesn't have it , I have poco f4 it has always ON option .
Root krna pdega, uske baad AOD mod flash karo yaa fir HyperCeiler se AOD ka time limit remove krdo.
Iske alawa koi fix nhi hai.

I guess it just hide the App from settings. It doesn't uninstall because Phone Storage doesn't decreases

Doesn't work for many of the xiaomi apps unfortunately, at least you can disable them using ADB as well
I had disabled some unwanted system apps, but when I reset the phone, all the disabled apps came back. So basically, using this method app were temporarily force disabled rather than permanently removed.
