Pistachio cheesecake

Pistachio cheesecake is a quick, creamy dessert full of flavor
You can make pistachio cream yourself or you can buy it ready-made
You can make the biscuit base with any ground biscuit, I used plasma biscuit, but you can also use petit, both are great for me
You can replace mascarpone with any cream cheese
You can adjust the amount of pistachio spread as you like, this amount is just right for me😊
Ingredients
250g of mascarpone cheese
300g of ground plasma biscuits
100g margarine with vanilla flavor or butter
100 ml of milk
500 ml of cream for whipping cream
300g pistachio spread
- some coarsely chopped unsalted pistachios for sprinkling (optional)
