To anyone who hasn’t smelled By The Fireplace, NOTHING about it is gourmand. Please beware. It quite literally smells like a fireplace. Very smoky, ashy, with a hint of vanilla in the background for slight sweetness, thus making it unisex. I love this video and a lot of these scents.
I think it depends on how much sweetness your skin pulls from the notes. On me, By the Fireplace smells moderately gourmand, but I've spoken to people who get little to no sweetness from it.
By the fireplace smells different in different climates. In TX heat it smells like bbq. In northern winter, it smells like a smoky beautiful delicious vanilla. Very strange.
@@RealMexFoodShouldntGiveUDrrhea When I hear gourmand, I think, “Edible” or food-like. I wasn’t saying it isn’t sweet. It’s just not a delicious, foody type smell. Very smoky, sensual, even sexy. Just not gourmand.
@@Luna_Fortuna Very true. All depends on our body chemistry. When I hear gourmand, I think, “Edible” or food-like. I wasn’t saying it isn’t sweet. It’s just not a delicious, foody type smell. Very smoky, sensual, even sexy. Just not gourmand. If I had watched this video without previously smelling it, I would’ve purchased it and been highly pissed. I LOVE gourmands. I, personally, wouldn’t describe it as food-like.
Replica is not a house of perfume. It’s actually Maison Margiela and it’s their Replica line where they replicate scent memory of certain places and times 😊 it’s all written on those bottles.
I love your sass when you said ,’prob not.’ When someone asked, ‘is there a single video where she doesn’t use the word sexy?’ I agree, a lot of the perfumes you recommend, are indeed, sexy. Let the haters hate, you do you. Also some more recommendations for the spring, in addition to this list, could be; Cartier- baiser vole Solar blossom- mizensir Victor and rolf- tiger lily Mancera- holidays Guerlain- insolence Honestly, There’s a lot of options out there…
Gosh I forgot all about insolence. How could that be. It was so beautiful. Which insolence are you referring to? The original or the edp edt? I might buy another bottle. Thanks for the memory xx

During spring i like to wear La vie est bell intensement which is a raspberry vanilla perfume. It’s way better than the original in my opinion and it’s really giving me spring vibes.
Tressor in love - nobody talks about it (not new) but love it - and I’m not a huge floral lover, although some are starting to grow on me. My daughter picked it out for my birthday years and I’m *impossible* to buy perfume for. Is Midnight Rose worth getting?
The Replica one seems like my type of scent, I'm really into pear lately so it sounds like I'll like it 😊 Talking about pear, My Way Nectar is a delicious pear fragrance, have you tried it?
Do you have any perfume tips for an Viking themed wedding? I'm getting married next month. It's probably going to be warm, possibly humid. I need a scent that you smell for a long time, and it needs to be primal, raw and a little bit sexy or feminine. Do you know one below €50/$50? Love your video's!!❤
I just attended a wedding and wore Bath & Body Works Brighest Bloom, such a beautiful spring scent with all my favorite notes (Lily of the Valley & Jasmine with carnation)! And I gifted the bride the Dress in White scent which was also very lovely! 🥰
Spring Time in a Park is my favourite Replica perfume but can only get the huge size in the UK. Hope its not being discontinued 😢 Gives me Givenchy Irresistible vibes ❤
ScentMatchers or Fragrance Revival (same owners and lab) may be able to help. They make discontinued perfumes and colognes and used to make custom perfumes.
Ksenja, I would love to see you sample Narcisso Rodriguez. I am debating buying it but need to see how it sits on my skin first. So far, I have only sniffed it on paper and it smells so airy and musky with a touch of rosie notes.
I like Lancome perfumes in general. They feel si real and natural. But in general, this days i think designers start to exagerate with the prices and not everyone can afford to pay around 100 euro to 300 just for one perfume. Thats why oriental perfumes are winning the markets. We all buy what we afford. Not to mention that some designers or brands are creating perfumes that dont hold more than 30 minutes! Which is dissapointing. 😢
I have a question. I had the "girls can say anything" from Zadig and Voltaire but this one is empty and they don't make these anymore. it was my favorite scent. Does anyone know what perfume is similar to this?

Ocean Di Gioia is mandatory for spring and summer in my household (also, a pear fragrance)!
Your makeup, your hair, your overall look here is 😍😍😍
Pear is my favorite! Would love more 🍐 suggestions! Body care and fragrance.
Bella Hadid just launched a fragrance line which features alcohol free perfumes.
When was it launched, what’s the name of the brand and where is it sold?

What perfume did you wear at your wedding?

Please try Bvlgari Omnia Amethyst and Lanvin Eclat de Arpege. They really are fresh and ethereal purple floral scent🪻💜🦄
I have those 2 and up until now I'm loving those perfumes😊
The Lanvin perfume is amazing. The best spring scent imo.
Tresor in Love is my signiture scent... or was because they don't make it anymore :( So sad
