If I was her boss I would fire her immediately I guarantee you this is how she talks and treats all her employees
If you want to tell how awful a person is... Look and listen to how they talk to people when they think no one is listening.

She’s a snot! I feel bad for her coworkers who have to deal with her. I’d never speak to anyone like that, especially someone who appears slow.
I am a manager also, and although i wouldn't scream like this but i totally understand this because sometimes workers just act so dumb its ridiculous. They can easily put in some effort and figure out, but they will rather call you and make you crazy for more help.
Y'all hating on this woman. But seriously... She cares about her job. Point blank period. And that guy sounded totally dumb. Of course she's going to have some anxiety. Yes, maybe she shouldn't have spoken to him the way she did but at the same time you need competent people to work in that industry.
Joke or not, that woman is definitely a terrible person. Obviously, being a firm leader is important, but her cadence, quick to anger attitude, and overall tone is just disgusting.
