For a bit of context on the title:
Eve refers to the biblical Eve, who defied God's command and ate of the fruit of knowledge.
Psyche is the human wife of the god Eros, from Greek mythology, who defied his command to never try to see what he looked like.
Ariadne, the Bluebeard's seventh wife, defied his command to never open the seventh door in their home and see what is behind it.
The song is about seeking knowledge without compromises, and not accepting other people's restrictions: I'm not a doll, I'm the only one who decides my rules, I'll see what's forbidden.

Eve corresponds to garden of eden's eve; pysche represented the human soul; the ending of the tale Bluebeard is supposed to show how temptation is to be controlled
The song's lyrics are all about them breaking stereotypes and doing whatever they want, justifying their temptation for the sake of personal expression
