For beginners it’s not bad, I recently had a drone with similar outrageous specs not have the flips work either. Good look at it Dave 👍💯🍻
Was that the Tesla drone Dan? yeah for LOS flying this one flew pretty well and smooth actually... decent cheap park flyer for beginners to learn on. 👍

Hey Dave! I really like the simplicity of this! Xiaomi used make some fun park flyers. great electric scooters too! doesnt bother me at all that it doesn't have a camera. I wonder why it wasn't flipping? maybe a bad charge? still like it, May have to get this and add to my toy drone collection! really good review bud! take care my friend!
Hey Robby, I am not sure why it didn't flip, pressing g the flip button did indicate beeping waiting for my inputs but just would not respond, I seen another guy review this bit was the camera WiFi model and he had the same sort of issue at first but managed to get his to do a few flips so not sure why mine wasn't able to. Anyways yeah for a cheapie no nonsense park flyer, its a decent little lightweight drone to learn on, it does fly well. Cheers for watching brother
There's no way that's made by Xiaomi. I've had a few Xiaomi things over the years and they're quality is comparable to expensive stuff. That thing is wank 🤣 they may have confused 5km with 5 minutes. These sellers should be sued for using other manufacturers names to sell they're cheap crap. Its obviously illegal! Great video as always my mate 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Yeah i highly doubt its made by Xiaomi either mate 😆 been seeing these and other similar drone models advertised under their name over ebay as well.
Looks like a good beginner quad. I started with a WLToys V949 with no accelerometers / self level, no camera, no folding arms. Still fly it today actually. Great way to learn to fly LOS.
Yes these quadcopters with no cameras are best way to learn throttle and orientation, although this one has altitude hold assistance for the throttle. I also learned with quadcopters like the Syma X5C that had no features and was totally a manual flyer as well back in the day. Still have my X5C, i fly it FPV with an AIO cam on top powered by a small 1s lipo and control it with my Jumper T8SG transmitter for epic range at 150mw using the Syma X5 protocol

Hello Christian I am not sure because this one I bought has no camera therefore didn't come with any apps to download

I bought this drone today because it's Aliexpress's birthday so the price drop exploded, honestly, confirm me, I think they fooled me because in the description it said that the control distance was 5 kilometers...
Yeah false advertising on the distance of 5kms, it's real range is about 100m
@@PERTHWESTOZRC Good to know, as I suspected, when it comes to a drone to reach a distance of kilometers, a drone is more expensive.
P.s i should point out that It's a free for all in China when it comes to copyright (they actually consider it an honour to have your stuff copied as it proves that it was great in the first place?) weird, but true.
With that low flight time, i bet it still has Wi-Fi running.
There is no wifi module installed so it's got nothing to do with wifi. maybe the lipo battery i received when i purchased this drone isn't the best... not sure tbh.

Kinda off topic but I had the fimi A3, it was fantastic. I also had the x8 and it claimed 8km range, I flew it 4.3 miles and the video and control signals had full bar's. As an owner that was part of many groups, majority of people see Xiaomi as a cheap knock off company when that couldn't be further from the truth. There drones have been pretty unique and great quality for the time period. Idk about today but who else was selling a $400 drone 5 years ago that you could confidently fly out to almost 5 miles? I hope Xiaomi isn't going to start pushing garbage but it happens, companies sell, profit is king and quality suffers.
I still have my Fimi A3, great drone for the price.
