Unfortunately they are not available anymore, they used to be in a game mode called ‘Tourneys’ but since the game has stopped updating, Tourneys AND Duels have shut down, meaning no more new ‘Tournament’ Bikes or ‘Duel’ bikes. RIP Bike Race
